张延德(1962年3月生)男,汉族,湖北宜昌人,毕业于北京光明中医学院,教授。国家重点课题《医疗卫生资源区域配置策略研究》总课题研究员,齐天圣医肺癌康复片临床研究负责人,全国军地中医药特色技术优秀传承人,中医战略科学家，中医抗癌专家，北京齐天中医院院长。经历四代伟人的---齐天圣医院。
